These varieties of often interplanted within the same vineyard in Alsace and make lovely, aromatic wines that are both attractive in their youth but can gain greater complexity with bottle age.

Water white colour and intensely aromatic. The Riesling provides citrus and an acid backbone. The Gewurztraminer brings floral, musky aromas and palate weight and the Pinot Gris offers some textural richness from being the ripest variety. Genuine fruit complexity. Alluring aromatics. Fine textural tannins elongate the palate flavour. A hint of natural residual sugar adds richness. Very more-ish.

This is a wine that will match perfectly with any white fish, or your favourite spicy Thai.

Very appealing young and fresh. However, this wine will evolve in the cellar for a good decade.
