Printhie Dining epitomises the essence of destination dining in the heart of the Orange region wine country, drawing inspiration from the rich agricultural history of the Swift family. The menus are crafted with a focus on quality, simplicity, and thoughtful preparation, prioritising the integrity of the produce and its flavours. We are committed to using fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced directly from the estate or from trusted regional producers and purveyors, with some treasures even foraged from the surrounding forests.
Printhie Dining offers a set four-course degustation menu priced at $150 per person. We welcome guests for dinner Thursday to Saturday and lunch Friday to Sunday. To complete your experience we recommend booking a wine tasting 1 hour prior to your lunch.
FOOD ALLERGIES: Printhie Dining makes every effort to accommodate guests with food allergies, however please note that nuts, oysters, gluten, onion, garlic and other similar cooking ingredients are routinely used in the kitchen as part of normal daily preparation. As a result, a complete lack of any trace of these ingredients cannot be guaranteed. Unfortunately not all dietary preferences are able to be accommodated including no garlic and/or onion.
As Printhie Wines is situated in a regional destination, it’s essential to advise any special dietary needs at the time of reservation. We will do our best to tailor menus accordingly whilst providing the opportunity to enjoy a diverse range of premium regional produce. Should notice not be provided in advance, our chefs will not be able to create a different degustation menu at such short notice. We regret that we are unable to prepare meals requiring strict religious observance in the preparation.
Please note the deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours. Each reservation is for a two-hour sitting starting from the booking time, ensuring a relaxed dining experience for all our guests.

Embark on a special culinary journey with ‘The Chef’s Table,’ a private and intimate behind-the-scenes experience at Printhie Dining. Immerse yourself in the heart of our kitchen, where you can talk directly to the chefs and watch them in action as they showcase their culinary skills. This experience offers an exclusive glimpse into the theatre of a restaurant kitchen.
Enjoy a complimentary glass of Swift sparkling to start your evening with the set four course degustation. With personalised attention and insight into the creative process, ‘The Chef’s Table promises an evening with a difference. Cost is $190 p/p and is perfect for food enthusiasts and those seeking a truly immersive dining experience.

WINE BAR
The Printhie Wine Bar offers snacks and wines by the glass or bottle. You can select oysters shucked to order from Printhie’s innovative oyster tank to elevate your experience. Cheese and charcuterie platters are also available. You will be seated outside on the terrace if weather permits. During the cooler months Wine Bar reservations are seated inside. Available Wednesday to Sunday during Cellar Door hours.
