Printhie Dining is the Swift family’s hatted restaurant under the leadership of Head Chef Jack Brown at Printhie’s new Cellar Door.
Situated on the slopes of Mt Canobolas at 1000 metres above sea level Printhie Dining provides commanding views across the undulating hills and picturesque landscape below. Sitting on the snow line surrounded by heritage orchards and vineyards you can settle in for a set five course degustation lunch which also has a vegetarian option whilst devouring the picturesque outlook (please note menus are samples only and change daily based on seasonal availability of produce). This truly is a destination dining experience.
Inspired by Australian native flavours and premium local produce, Jack crafts seasonally lead dishes that respect the provenance of the food and the producer but Printhie’s wines ultimately guide the curation of the menu.
You can also indulge in freshly shucked oysters straight from Printhie’s innovative oyster tank, they are the perfect accompaniment with the Swift Sparkling range. Oysters are available as part of the restaurant menu. Printhie Wines is the first Cellar Door in Australia to embrace this technology.

To make a booking we require $75 per person deposit which goes towards your final bill. The deposit will be retained for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hrs before your booking. To complete your experience we recommend booking a wine tasting 1 hour prior to your lunch.
The Printhie Wine Bar offers lighter meals and wines by the glass or bottle. You can select oysters shucked to order from Printhie’s innovative oyster tank to elevate your experience. Cheese platters are also available. You will be seated outside on the terrace if weather permits. During the cooler months Wine Bar reservations are seated in the pavilion.
