Printhie Dining was awarded a Good Food Guide Chef Hat for 2024 however the restaurant has been undergoing a review with Chef Justin North to develop the next evolution of Printhie Dining. Bookings will be opening early May so if you’d like to be added to the priority booking list, please email [email protected] with your details. We’re really excited about the plans for Printhie Dining and can’t wait to share them with you.

 

In the meantime you can still join us at the Wine Bar for seasonal dishes, cheese platters and of course freshly shucked oysters straight from Printhie’s innovative oyster tank. They are the perfect accompaniment with the Swift Sparkling range and we’re the first Cellar Door in Australia to embrace this technology.
