Harvest Lunch in the Vines

Celebrate the 2025 grape harvest with a three-course vintners inspired lunch amongst the vines. Soak up the views across the hills whilst enjoying a seasonal menu created by Printhie Dining. Guests are seated at a long table between vineyard rows in front of the Cellar Door. A bar will be available for wine and beer purchases. Please include everyone in your group in one booking if you’d like to sit together as table seating changes can not be made on the day. A return bus is available, please tick this option in the extras section. The only dietary that can be accommodate is gluten free.

Cost: $105 p/p

Time: 12pm to 4.30pm

Bus: Optional bus service available. Pick-up Visitors Centre 11.45am and return at 4.45pm

Ticket Price includes:

·      Three course vintners inspired lunch

·      Welcome drink of Printhie Vintage Sparkling on arrival

Bar: Option to purchase a selection of wine, beer and non-alcohilic drinks from the bar throughout the lunch

Dietaries: The only dietary option available is gluten free. Unfortunately other dietaries can not be accommodated on this occasion due to the nature of this event.

Entrée:

  • Printhie sourdough made using provenance flour and microbiotic sea salt
  • Caramalised smoked butter and rosemary sea salt
  • Ashton’s Chicken Liver Parfait with Printhie Ratafia gelée and tarragon pink salt
  • Printhie kitchen garden tomato and feta tart

 

Main:

  • Coq au vin in Topography Pinot Meunier with braised free range chicken, bone broth and native aromatics
  • Orange glazed heirloom carrots
  • Cabbage, fennel & citrus salad
  • Triple cooked herb & garlic potatoes

 

Dessert:

  • Printhie apple orchard tarte tatin, rhubarb syrup, fig leaf & cardamon icecream

Private Dining Experiences

Elevate your next celebration with a private dining experience at Printhie Wines. Groups larger than 8 are categorised as private dining groups. If you would like to receive a copy of the Private Dining Experiences packages please email [email protected]

Private Cellar

The Cellar is a modern take on a traditional french champagne cave. It is partially submerged under the ancient volcanic soils of the extinct volcano Gaahna Bulla/Mt Canobolas creating a private inner sanctum for special dining events.

Printhie Dining

Offering views across the vineyard and undulating hills in the distance, settle in for lunch or dinner with exclusive use of the Printhie Dining restaurant.

Tasting Room

For larger events the tasting room and adjoining pavilion turn into a spacious area for cocktail style events and celebrations. In winter the large fire place creates a comforting ambience and the tasting bench turns into an impressive bar.

The Pavilion

The Pavilion offers the best of both worlds with views straight over the vineyards and private access to the terrace. Pre-dinner drinks under the olive trees will set the tone for a unique dining experience.

Alfresco Dining

A relaxed alfresco dining experience at the ‘Chaff Shed’ situated next to the Printhie lake. The private dining table will be set ready for your arrival with seasonal charcuterie, cheese, salads, pastry and dessert. Wines and other drinks are pre-ordered and left in ice buckets ready for your private self-service long lunch. Available October to March.
