On Monday 11 November, Printhie Dining was awarded One Hat at the Good Food Guide Awards for 2025.
The team travelled down to Sydney for the event at the Opera House where the restaurant industry gathered to celebrate NSW’s best of the best.
Printhie Dining first received a Good Food Guide Hat for 2024 and Head Chef Chris Lees continues to deliver a degustation menu that focusses on seasonality, provenance and tapping into the rich agricultural history of the Swift family.
We’re looking forward to continuing our food journey with the development of a kitchen garden that will supply the restaurant and the hyper-local menu.
Bookings are now open until the end of January and will be open between Christmas and New Year. We look forward to sharing our dining experience with you soon.
