In great news Printhie Dining has been awarded a Chefs Hat at the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide Awards.
An amazing achievement after being open for only 18 months. The focus of the restaurant is to provide seasonally led dishes that connect with the rich agricultural history of the Swift family who own Printhie Wines. The team work closely with local producers and purveyors as well as sourcing key ingredients from the estate.
The Chefs Hat is a great accolade for the chef team and the front of house team who have worked so hard to create this special dining experience.
