26 Oct Chefs Hat awarded to Printhie Dining
In great news Printhie Dining has been awarded a Chefs Hat at the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide Awards.
Printhie Dining is led by head chef Jack Brown and serves a set five course degustation lunch Thursday to Sunday. Tapping into his First Nations Heritage, Jack uses native botanical undertones throughout the menu. The team also work closely with local producers and adapt the menu for seasonal changes. We love seeing the growers call in with their boxes of produce freshly picked that morning. As a regionally based restaurant we have the ability to form great working relationships with suppliers who grow edible flowers just for our dishes.
The Chefs Hat is a great accolade for the chef team and the front of house team who have worked so hard to create this special dining experience.
