30 May Champion Sparkling
In all our excitement about opening the new cellar door and restaurant we’ve missed mentioning that our 2011 Swift Blanc de Blancs has been quietly working hard behind the scenes and has won a great award.
It was crowned Best Sparkling at the WineWise Championships. This is great recognition considering only award winning wines are invited to be part of this wine show.
The Blanc de Blancs is a beautifully aged traditional method sparkling and is perfect for celebrating special occasions.
Big thank you to our winery team and in particular our winemaker, Drew Tuckwell. We’re certainly passionate about our sparklings and it’s lovely to see the hard work we put into an 11 year old wine be recognised.
