Embrace winter vibes with an Après Ski evening on the slopes of Mt Canobolas at the Cellar Door on Saturday 13 August 6.30pm to 10.30pm. Dust off your best retro ski outfit and warm up by the fire pits outside or the Cellar Door fireplace. Printhie Dining’s chef, Jack Brown, will craft a delicious canapés and main meal menu to warm you up after a hard day of skiing. Drinks can be purchased from the bar and we’ll have on-piste staples available such as schnapps. Tickets are $70 p/p and include canapés, main meal and welcome drink. Limited tickets available so don’t delay grabbing yourself an Après Ski pass.
