We’re excited to share that Printhie Dining has retained a hat in the 2026 Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide for the third consecutive year.

Our Chef team continue to deliver a degustation menu that focusses on seasonality, provenance and tapping into the rich agricultural history of the Swift family.

The Kitchen Garden is now a great source of fresh herbs, edible flowers as well as a growing collection of native culinary plants.
