A brighter, more citrus driven chardonnay (especially when compared with our 2017), the oak is nicely integrated after we lie it down for 2 years prior to release. This is a wine that will happily age (if you have the patience!) but also drinks wonderfully now. We have paired it with Murray Cod and a lemon myrtle beurre blanc in the restaurant, but if you’re at home try it with a creamy, zesty pasta dish (like fettuccine with smoked salmon, capers and lemon zest). Only 60 cases produced.
