Chardonnay is considered one of the heroes of Orange and our Mountain Range is a great example of cool climate, high elevation vineyards. We use a mix of barrel & tank fermentation to produce a modern Australian Chardonnay. Lemon juice, grapefruit pitch, stone fruit and a hint of tropical richness makes this wine fresh and lively. The suggestion of oak offers structure and support without overwhelming the fruit.

Alc – 13.5% pH - 3.36 TA – 6.0gL RS – 1.7gL

Whilst it will develop some additional richness with 3-5 years bottle age, it is a wine produced to look its best when young and fresh.
