Orange is one of Australia’s premier regions for Sauvignon Blanc. Single vineyard fruit source. Harvested at peak fruit intensity whilst retaining fresh acidity. Intense varietal aromas – ripe citrus peel plus tropical fruits highlighted by passionfruit, guava and a bit of lychee. The palate has juicy fruit and zingy acidity giving a mouthwatering quality.
Alc – 12.2% pH - 3.28 TA – 8.7gL RS – 1.5gL
Whilst it will develop some additional richness with 2-3 years bottle age, it is a wine produced to look its best when young and fresh.
