“The palest rose gold hue in the glass. Mirabelle plums, Rainier cherries and lilly pilly fruit. There are frangipani and freesia blossoms. A hint of orange blossom honey and some beeswax. Acidity sweeps through and the palate is left quite dry and sparklingly clean. Some almond and cranberry nougat and a smattering of candlenut creaminess on the finish.
