This is a limited edition vintage 2016 sparkling Rosé. The label is a collaboration with Pip and Jess from Jumbled and Emma, founder of  Emmanate Creative. The design captures the beauty of native flowers on the slopes of Mt Canobolas where grapes for Swift Sparkling are grown. This is the perfect gift for that special occasion. Each sparkling is presented in a matching gift box. The Sparkling Rosé is the winner of the Best Sparkling Trophy at the NSW Wine Awards 2020 and 2019. The cool climate and elevated vineyard sites are perfect for the production of traditional method sparkling wines. Hand picked fruit is gently handled and blended to create a range of premium sparkling wines now regarded as some of the best in Australia. Extended lees ageing is a feature of the wines, rewarding with complexity yet retaining freshness and vibrancy. Chardonnay dominates this Rosé. Pinot noir adds richness to the palate while importantly offering a light pink rosé blush. It is a dry, savoury wine with a fine line of acid running from start to finish supported by soft strawberry fruit richness.
