18 Mar Sharon Winsor X Printhie Wines Dinner
We’re looking forward to welcoming guest chef Sharon Winsor, founder of Indigiearth and Australia’s most awarded First Nations Chef to Printhie Dining for a special one-night collaboration.
Arrival begins up the meandering dirt track to Printhie’s Cellar Door, where you’ll be welcomed onto the terrace with fire pits warming the evening air. Sip on a native inspired cocktail or mocktail as you take in the twilight view over the Towac valley. Sharon will begin the four course native culinary journey with the first course served by the fire.
Then we’ll invite guests to a long table in the restaurant for second, third and fourth courses with Sharon sharing extra native food samples on the table as each ingredient and flavour is discussed in detail.
As a special ending to the evening guests will be welcomed once again onto the terrace to relax around the fire pits with some dreaming tea and story-telling.
This is an evening designed to be shared, taking you on an immersive journey of native food, its flavours, uses and benefits from the personal knowledge and experience of Australia’s most awarded First Nations chef, alongside the Printhie Dining chef team.
