The Swift 2016 Vintage has received the Best Sparkling Trophy at the Royal Queensland Awards Wine Competition.
This is a beautiful sparkling where the combination of a citrus core from the chardonnay is complimented by the red fruit highlights from the pinot noir producing a lovely fruit profile. Then add in the amazing 8 years of lees ageing in bottle to build the baked pastry, brioche character and textural complexity. Everything is in place and perfectly proportioned. This is a must try.
