Sharon has shared her knowledge on the international stage and was recently recognised with the 2026 Good Food Guide ‘Bill Grainger Trailblazer Award’, a testament to her leadership in shaping modern Australian native cuisine.

Together with our team, Sharon will present a curated three-course dinner plus canapés showcasing native botanicals and ingredients from delicate, aromatic leaves and seeds to vibrant native fruits and spices. Each course will hero these unique flavours.
