The extra Pinot Noir gives a beautiful floral lift to the wine, while the familiar granny smith apple tartness is still present. A soft brioche finish means this Swift Cuvée pairs perfectly with oysters and is best served straight from the fridge.

With an extraordinary 63 months on secondary yeast lees in bottle the wine has a wonderful level of complexity. However, it will retain is freshness and vibrancy for quite some time now that it has been disgorged.
