A classic cool climate Shiraz, this wine is elegant, bright and led by dark fruit flavours – plums, blackberry and lovely spicy notes. Good structure and texture from some whole bunch fermentation, it’s a wine that will continue to develop over the next 5-7 years. Pair with tomato based sauces to elevate your mid-week dinners.
