Printhie Dining epitomises the essence of destination dining in the heart of the Orange region wine country, drawing inspiration from the rich agricultural history of the Swift family. The menus are crafted with a focus on quality, simplicity and thoughtful preparation, prioritising the integrity of the produce and its flavours. We are committed to using fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced directly from the estate or from trusted regional producers and purveyors, with some treasures even foraged from the surrounding forests.
Printhie Dining offers a set four-course degustation menu priced at $150 per person (10% service fee for groups larger than 8). We welcome guests for dinner Thursday to Saturday and lunch Friday to Sunday. To complete your experience we recommend booking a wine tasting 1 hour prior to your lunch.
CHILDREN: Kindly note that we do not offer a children’s menu and children aged 2 years and above contribute to our total number of guests, so must partake in the set menu at $150 per person.
FOOD ALLERGIES: As Printhie Wines is situated in a regional destination, it’s essential to advise any special dietary needs at the time of reservation. Printhie Dining makes every effort to accommodate guests with food allergies, however please note that nuts, oysters, gluten, onion, garlic and other similar cooking ingredients are routinely used in the kitchen as part of normal daily preparation. As a result, a complete lack of any trace of these ingredients cannot be guaranteed. While we do our best to accommodate most dietary requirements, it is not always possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate FODMAP, vegan, kosher, halal, paleo or keto dietary requirements. Should notice not be provided in advance, our chefs will not be able to create a different degustation menu at such short notice.
CANCELLATIONS: $50 per person deposit is required at the time of booking. You must notify the restaurant of cancellations or reductions in party size at least 24 hours prior to your confirmed booking time. Any cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your confirmed booking time will incur a cancellation fee of $50 per person. This includes booking cancellations as a result of travel delays, so please plan your visit accordingly. Please ensure all guests in your party are aware of our cancellation policy to avoid the cancellation fee. We are not able to offer space in the restaurant for guests arriving earlier than their booking time.

Embark on a special culinary journey with ‘The Chef’s Table,’ a private and intimate behind-the-scenes experience at Printhie Dining. Immerse yourself in the heart of our kitchen, where you can talk directly to the chefs and watch them in action as they showcase their culinary skills. This experience offers an exclusive glimpse into the theatre of a restaurant kitchen.
Enjoy a complimentary glass of Swift sparkling to start your evening with the set four course degustation. With personalised attention and insight into the creative process, ‘The Chef’s Table’ promises an evening with a difference. Cost is $190 p/p and is perfect for food enthusiasts and those seeking a truly immersive dining experience.

WINE BAR
The Printhie Wine Bar menu offers snacks and wines by the glass or bottle. You can select oysters shucked to order from Printhie’s innovative oyster tank to elevate your experience. Cheese and charcuterie platters are also available. You will be seated outside on the terrace if weather permits. During the cooler months Wine Bar reservations are seated inside. Available Wednesday to Sunday during Cellar Door hours. Please note Wine Bar bookings do not include a wine tasting.
