Welcoming Johann to #teamprinthie

We’d like to introduce you to Johann, our newest member of #teamprinthie

​Johann, our Cellar Door Manager, started his hospitality career studying and training in Switzerland. From there he developed a passion for restaurants but more importantly good food and wine. In 2007 he made the move to Sydney to finish his studies and pursue his career. Originally from Paris, Johann has managed renowned restaurants across Europe and Australia including Minipalais and Ralph’s in Paris and was part of the team that opened Bennelong restaurant in the Sydney Opera house. As general manager at Sake Double Bay and Regatta in Rose Bay, Johann’s focus on seamless service and wonderful guest experiences brought success and ensured these restaurants remained as favourites in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.

​We’re thrilled to have Johann as part of the Printhie team to lead the opening of the new Cellar Door and Restaurant.
