Coming from one of the highest vineyards in Australia, the Mountain Range Sauvignon Blanc is fruit driven and fresh with intense aromas of ripe citrus peel, fresh cut grass, passionfruit, guava and lychee. The palate has juicy fruit and zingy acid which makes this wine seriously mouthwatering. Perfectly paired with an white fish, this wine will also stand up to an acidic vinaigrette.
