Casting our minds back almost a decade to the 2012 vintage, it was a cooler vintage than average with a long growing season aiding terrific flavour development. Sourced from the oldest estate vines in the Printhie Winery Block, fermented and then matured in new and one-year-old French and American hogshead barrels and bottled after 15 months. Cabernet Sauvignon 85%, Shiraz 15%.
