Sparkling wine is certainly what Printhie is best known for and our countless awards and positive reviews are a testament to the skill of our winemaker. Made using the traditional method, our 13th disgorgement is 53% Pinot Noir, 32% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier and spends 63 months in the bottle before release. The extra Pinot Noir gives a beautiful floral lift to the wine, while the familiar granny smith apple tartness is still present. A soft brioche finish means this Swift Cuvée pairs perfectly with oysters and is best served straight from the fridge.

Dosage: 4.0g/L Tirage date: January 2018 Disgorge date: April 2023

Wine Cellaring

With an extraordinary 63 months on secondary yeast lees in bottle the wine has a wonderful level of complexity. However, it will retain is freshness and vibrancy for quite some time now that it has been disgorged.
